Bid late: Manchester United may lease a left-back, cuicu reilia and regillon are the targets

Live broadcast, August 27-Manchester United is considering introducing Chelsea’s cuicu Leilia and Tottenham defender regilon, the standard Evening News reported.

Luke Shaw will be out for at least two months after a muscle injury, and Manchester United has few left-back choices. Regilon has not played for Tottenham since April, 2022. He was on loan to Atletico Madrid for a frustrating time last season. Manchester United considered signing the Spanish in 2020, but finally chose to give up. Cuicu Leilia was also not popular in the club. Although he joined Brighton at a sky-high price of 62 million pounds less than a year ago, coach Pochetino preferred chilville as a left-back.

It is reported that Manchester United are very interested in these two Spaniards because the club hopes to sign a left-back, probably on loan. It is said that regillon’s salary requirements may be beyond Manchester United’s tolerance.

Teng Hach has confirmed that he is interested in signing a left-back. He told reporters: “Manchester United may sign a left-back. I think we should always expect all kinds of situations. If there is a chance, of course it is, but it must be the right player, otherwise we have to rely on the existing lineup. We have considered these situations before the start of the season. If this happens, we have a solution.”
